Processing Time

All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. During sales or busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our hands, it's in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
